1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to the Payenx website and internal development preview operated by Bonjour, LLC. Payenx does not currently offer live financial services, and this website is not an offer of card issuing, financial accounts, payment, or credit services.

2. Development preview

Business verification, virtual cards, spend controls, transactions, and funding shown on the site are planned or in development. You must not rely on them for real transactions or funds management unless they are later enabled under final agreements and disclosures.

• Do not enter real identity documents, identification numbers, bank accounts, cards, or other financial information
• Do not treat test data or interface elements as balances, live cards, or completed transactions
• Do not attempt to bypass disabled functionality or access controls

3. Accounts and authorization

Development-preview accounts are for authorized team members or evaluators only. You must provide accurate work-email information, protect access links and sessions, and remain responsible for activity performed through your account.

4. No financial-service fees

Payenx does not currently charge customers through this website for card issuance, funding, transactions, or funds management. Any future commercial terms, fees, and service limitations will be disclosed before a customer makes a commitment.

5. Permitted use

You may use the website only lawfully. You must not disrupt its operation, test an account without authorization, submit false or sensitive financial information, copy protected content, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

6. Future financial products

If Payenx later launches commercial card or related services, users will need to complete additional review and agree to the then-applicable customer agreement, issuer or provider terms, fee disclosures, and privacy notices. These Terms do not grant access to any financial product.

7. Availability and limitation

The development preview is provided as available and may change, be interrupted, or be removed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Payenx is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on unlaunched functionality, test data, or anticipated launch timing.

8. Updates and governing law

We may update these Terms as the product status changes. The updated version will be posted on this website. These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without limiting rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
