Company and current status

Bonjour, LLC is a Delaware technology company and Payenx is a product in development. Payenx is not currently open for public customer onboarding, live card issuance, or movement of customer funds.

Product direction

Payenx plans to provide B2B commercial virtual card and spend-control capabilities to verified US businesses. Each customer business is intended to manage its authorized users, cards, funds, policies, and records separately.

• Business KYB, beneficial-owner, and representative verification
• Commercial virtual cards for authorized employees, contractors, and approved software agents
• Merchant, amount, time, and business-purpose spending controls
• Transaction records, reconciliation, exception handling, and audit support

Program boundaries

The planned product is for legitimate commercial expenses only. It is not a consumer wallet, personal subscription-card, lending, cash-withdrawal, peer-to-peer payment, or crypto product. All capabilities remain subject to provider approval, compliance review, and final launch documentation.
