Program Overview
Development status and planned scope of the Payenx B2B commercial card platform
Current status
Payenx is developing a B2B commercial virtual card and spend-control platform for verified US businesses.
Payenx is not publicly launched. Live business onboarding, card issuance, customer funding, and money movement are not available through this website. Do not submit real identity, bank, card, or financial information in the development preview.
Planned program model
The planned product uses a business-only structure:
- Each approved customer is a verified US business.
- Each customer business is intended to have a separate connected account, authorized users, card program records, and funds.
- Cards are planned for employees, contractors, or approved software agents acting on behalf of the business.
- Each customer business is expected to fund its own commercial card spend from a verified business bank account.
- Card use is limited to approved commercial expenses and company-defined policies.
Planned capabilities
All capabilities below remain in development and are subject to provider approval, compliance review, and testing:
- Business, beneficial-owner, representative, and authorized-user verification
- Commercial virtual card issuance and lifecycle controls
- Merchant, amount, time, and business-purpose spending policies
- Transaction records, reconciliation, and audit support
- Exception monitoring, disputes, complaints, and operational review
Intended business expenses
The planned program may support legitimate commercial expenses such as software, cloud infrastructure, advertising, inventory, and approved supplier payments.
Out of scope
Payenx is not being developed as a consumer card, personal subscription-card service, consumer wallet, peer-to-peer payment product, lending product, cash-withdrawal product, or crypto product. Consumer credit-card top-ups and personal spending are outside the planned scope.
